    Contact support via email or our website form, providing your order number, game title, and a brief description of the issue. Attach clear photos or video clips that show any damage or missing parts. Detailed evidence helps expedite authorization and prevents unnecessary follow-up questions.
  2. Return Authorization and Packaging
    After reviewing your submission, we will issue a return authorization code (RAC) along with packaging instructions. Whenever possible, reuse the original box and padding. If these are unavailable, select a sturdy corrugated box and wrap each component—board tiles, figurines, plastic tokens—in protective materials. Place small items such as dice, metal coins, or sticker sheets in sealable bags to prevent loss. Secure the package with durable tape, clearly mark the exterior with the RAC, and remove or obscure any prior shipping labels.
  3. Shipping Your Return
    Choose any carrier offering tracking and insurance, and retain your receipt and tracking number until the process concludes. If the reason for return is an error on our side—such as incorrect fulfillment or shipping damage—we will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to affix and send it. Drop off the package at a designated location or schedule a pickup, incurring no return shipping fees.

    Upon arrival at our returns facility, our dedicated team logs your package under its RAC and begins a thorough inspection. Quality specialists unpack and verify reported damage, perform functionality checks—rolling dice, testing snap-fit pieces, and examining printed cards—and confirm all components match your original order. If defects or missing parts are confirmed, we prepare replacement pieces or full components at no extra cost. If the issue does not meet our coverage criteria, we will provide detailed feedback and discuss alternative options.
  5. Resolution Options
    Once inspection is complete, choose from multiple resolution paths: replacement parts only; full exchange for the same pirate game; swap for an alternate pirate-style title of equal value; store credit redeemable toward any future physical product, including expansion packs; or a refund of the purchase price. Store credit can also cover shipping costs for replacement parts. Please specify your preferred option when initiating the return to expedite the final steps.
  6. Exceptions for Special Items
    Limited edition, personalized, or promotional bundles require special evaluation. Custom accessories, engraved metal game pieces, and exclusive collector’s sets may qualify for partial credit or tailored replacements if opened or used.
